2. Bookings and Cancellations
- All bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled move may incur a cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling is allowed based on availability and must be requested in advance.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure all items are packed and ready to be moved (unless packing service is booked).
- Inform us in advance of any fragile, oversized, or high-value items.
- Provide clear access at both pickup and delivery locations.
- You are responsible for supervising the move and final item check before and after the job is completed.
4. Payments and Charges
- Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer and may change if actual conditions differ.
- All payments must be made in full upon completion of service, unless agreed otherwise.
- We accept cash, credit card, or direct bank transfer.
5. Liability and Insurance
- OzWide Removals will take all reasonable care in handling your goods. However, we are not liable for any loss or damage caused by:
- Incorrect packing done by the customer
- Unforeseen delays (traffic, weather, etc.)
- Items not disclosed during the quote
- Basic transit insurance may be included. If you require full coverage, we recommend arranging your own insurance or requesting our extended insurance options.
6. Delays and Access Issues
- We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, or access restrictions.
- Extra charges may apply if access is difficult (e.g., stairs, long carry distances, no parking).
7. Prohibited Items
Customers must not include dangerous, illegal, or flammable items in their move. We reserve the right to refuse transport of any items that pose a risk.
8. Privacy
Your personal information is only used to provide services and manage your booking. We do not share your data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
